The Circular is our newsletter: an irregular dispatch of new pieces, marginal discoveries, and notices of what the house has been doing while no one was supervising it. It is free, it is occasional, and it arrives whenever the ledger and the weather permit.
What the Circular gives you
New work as it is filed. The occasional fragment rescued from a drawer. Advance notice of curiosities before they are properly explained. No charge is made, and none is contemplated — the Circular is the open door, not the velvet rope.
The Private Reading Room
Beyond the Circular sits the Private Reading Room — the Red Room — for those who wish to support the house and sit a little nearer the fire. The tiers below are honest about being provisional; we are still deciding precisely what each one is for, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
- Humble Member — free. The Circular, the open shelves, and the standing of one who has, at minimum, the good taste to be here.
- Honourable Member — £5/mo · £50/yr. The above, plus the Red Room threshold and our quiet gratitude, which costs us little and is therefore offered freely.
- Astute Reader — £20/mo · £200/yr. The above, plus the fuller run of the Reading Room and the keen sense, correct in every particular, of having backed the right doubtful enterprise.
- Patron of my Arts — £50/mo · £500/yr. Everything, in perpetuity or until the books say otherwise, and the singular distinction of underwriting an establishment of doubtful profitability and precise taste.

Use the subscribe button to leave your particulars and the Circular will find you. Should you wish to take a chair in the Reading Room, the same door admits you — marked, we trust, plainly enough that even a distracted clerk might route you correctly.
