Lest Ye Be Judged

To judge, or to be judged:
neither improves an afternoon.

I prefer instruction to sentencing—
a lesson is preferable to a sentence,
especially when the offence is judgment.

I pass no judgement on judgment,
nor do I condemn writers for its usage.

I leave that for the courts to decide.
